Why regular maintenance helps

A little maintenance goes a long way. Most of the problems we see build up slowly: updates that never finished, a drive that’s almost full, fans clogged with dust, or backups that quietly stopped months ago.

A maintenance check-up covers

  • Windows and software updates, including security updates
  • Your antivirus, and a scan
  • Your backups: are they running, and can your files actually be restored?
  • Free space on the drive, and the drive’s health
  • Dust in the fans and vents of desktop computers
  • Battery health on laptops
