Imran at Geek Square was brilliant. I asked him to help me identify whether I had a virus on my PC and he was able to do this over the telephone. He was very patient with me and clear and explained that it was not a virus and why it was a malware instead. He also walked me through the process of clearing the malware over the phone and unlike many tech guys, he was very clear and articulate. His instructions were absolutely clear. I am so lucky to have had Imran help me and I would absolutely recommend his service. He knows what he is doing! Problem was solved in 30 minutes and I am now better educated as to how my PC works !
